Although modern Oil appliances are very reliable, unfortunately you may experience a breakdown at some point, and if you do we will be happy to arrange a visit to repair it. With well stocked vans, the majority of faults will be rectified on the first visit. Try checking out or Help/fact sheets to see if it’s something easy that you may not have checked.
With 3 vans and approximatley £30,000 of stock, most breakdowns can be rectified on the first visit and with modern Electronic combustion analyzers we will ensure your boiler is finely tuned to its optimum efficiency. We have 3 experienced Oil heating technicians that have over 50 years experience between them working within the Oil service industry.
Regular customers receive priority over non regular customers, and although we do not have a 24 hour cover or operate 7 days per week, we will endeavour to attend (and if possible repair) any calls within a 24 hour period or as soon as reasonably practical within our normal working hours after receiving notification of failure.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE CALLOUTS AND QUOTES FOR REPAIRS. ANY VISIT TO ESTABLISH A FAULT OR DIAGNOSE A PROBLEM WILL BE CHARGEABLE AT OUR CURRENT RATES. PLEASE NOTE: IF THE FAULT IS NOT WITH THE APPLIANCE ITSELF THEN YOU MAY REQUIRE AN INSTALLER TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM.
After a visit
During the replacement of flexi oil lines and some parts, oil may spill and will leave a smell. If the smell gets worse or has not disappeared or lessened within 24hrs you must inform us immediately.
We would recommend you check for any smell or leakage of oil or water after a service or call out at your oil tank or boiler/cooker, especially if they are situated in an area that is not visited on a regular basis. If your problem was pressure related please make sure you check your pressure on a regular basis to ensure the problem is rectified, so as not to cause further damage to components.
