Oil Boiler and Tank Installation in Northumberland

Since April 2002, the installation and replacement of controlled services in England such as an Oil tank or Oil boiler has required formal notifaction to Local Authority Building Control and must either be carried out under a Building Licence/Notice or by someone with the approriate competance under the supervision of a Competant Person Scheme such as OFTEC. This allows the installer to Self-Certify their OWN work.

The Installer is the Sole Competant Person and is responsible for ensuring all work has been carried out complaintly

If you do not receive a Completion certificate after your work has been carried out then there is a high chance that it has not been notified to Local Authority Building Control, which is a criminal offence and can leave the customer liable to prosecution and a fine for breach of Building Regulations.

Savings can be as much as 15-20% on other brand-new condensing boilers.There is a five year warranty on parts and 25 years on the heat exchanger.

NAVIEN LCB700 – A full Stainless Steel heat exchanger and two stage low NOx blue flame burner which alters between High and Low flame depending on the heat load required. (16 or 21 KW) (21 or 28 KW) (29 or 36 KW). There is a 10 year warranty on parts and the heat exchanger.

GRANT PRO range– Industry Standard mild steel primary heat exchanger and Stainless Steel secondary Heat exchanger. Single stage on - off, low NOx, traditional yellow flame burner.There is a 10 year warranty on parts and the heat exchanger.

WORCESTER BOSCH Greenstar range – Industry Standard mild steel primary heat exchanger and Stainless Steel secondary Heat exchanger. Single stage on - off, low NOx, traditional yellow flame burner.There is a 7 year warranty on parts and the heat exchanger.
